Congress passes DADT amendment

Congress voted to repeal the ban on homosexuals serving in the military.  The 234-194 House vote is the first step to attaching an amendment to a “must pass” defense authorization bill.

    Baldwin, Kagen, Kind, Moore and Obey have voted to promote open homosexuality in the military. They own it but, as civil authorities, they put the nation officially on the hook for it’s consequences.
