Federal District Judge Rules DOMA Unconstitutional

Last night we learned that U.S. District Judge Joseph Troua ruled that the federal Defense of Marriage Act violates the Equal Protection Clause of the U.S. Constitution.  The ruling said there’s no rational basis for protecting the definition of marriage as the union of one man and one woman.

    Hang on, children, no argument on earth could have convinced Sennacharib to “Give it up!”. But the “inevitable” was avoided by just standing on the wall, keeping quiet, and letting the LORD do His marvelous work.
